We are delighted to announce that Kay Rydings has joined UKGI in a newly created role as Head of Service Delivery. Kay’s role includes managing our field consultancy team, further enhancing our client relationships, and looking at ways in which we can measure and enhance the services that we offer our clients on a daily basis.
With an impressive background within operations and service delivery in both the insurance and law sectors, she brings a wealth of experience and passion for excellence that aligns perfectly with our commitment to delivering outstanding service to our clients.
At UKGI, it’s important that we meet and exceed our client expectations, and it this drive for service delivery and quality support that sees us continue to grow and develop our compliance community for our clients. The investment that we are making in this important area highlights our ambition to enhance the services and levels of client satisfaction that both we and RWA have become known for over the last 20 years.
Kay will work alongside our Head of Technical, Dave Anderson, to also make sure that our clients get access to the right technical support and advice when they need it most.
