Searchlight was delighted to attend the graduation ceremony for this year's RSA Broker Leader Programme cohort in London. This 6-month leadership training programme has been delivered by UKGI's training company, Searchlight.
Accredited by the CII, the training has been completed to another high standard that has seen 19 delegates successfully complete this challenging course.

The graduation ceremony followed a day of final presentations from the delegates, who delivered their project plans in front of guests from Searchlight, RSA and their own business sponsors.

Tom joined RWA in 2006 and was part of the executive team that helped grow the company into one of the leading general insurance FCA compliance consultancies in the UK.
