This week saw UKGI complete its conference exhibition season with our attendance at the MGAA Conference in London. Searchlight Training (part of UKGI Learning Solutions) was proud to exhibit as MGAA partners in its Health & Wellbeing zone along with the CII, Mental Health in Business, and the Insurance Charities.
This season has also seen UKGI and UKGI Learning Solutions exhibit at conferences held by BIBA, amii, Bravo Network and Airmic, where we have continued to support hundreds of delegates with their compliance and training queries and operational needs.
We firmly believe that compliance and training should be an enabler, not a blocker, to achieving business objectives for our clients and the wider insurance market, and the ability to talk to the market face to face, and to gather feedback is an integral part of UKGI's success. The industry thrives on personal and professional relationships, and building networks and developing the right services and levels of support is a hugely important part of that.

Tom joined RWA in 2006 and was part of the executive team that helped grow the company into one of the leading general insurance FCA compliance consultancies in the UK. He is now Head of Commercial for UKGI Group's consultancy division, and has been working closely on the harmonisation of RWA into UKGI. Tom also leads the Searchlight Insurance Training team, part of UKGI Learning Solutions.
