Luckily, our new multi-module courses will assist supervisors in creating comprehensive and effective learning plans for new staff, ensuring they receive the necessary head start on their training and development.

Insurance – The Fundamentals
Learners both old and new to the industry will be able to gain a broader understanding of insurance through this multi-module course.
Modules within the course explain the purpose of insurance, the market, roles within the insurance market, and how it all works. In addition, learners will be able to recognise various types of insurance coverage as well as identify the main features of a policy document, including coverage details and exclusions.
This course also covers the fundamental principles and laws that firms must adhere to and how these principles influence contracts and claims processes.
This course is worth approximately 3 hours’ CPD.

Insurance Broking – The Essentials
Introduce new learners to the key concepts integral to their roles and responsibilities within the insurance market. This comprehensive multi-module course equips learners with a robust foundational knowledge, laying the groundwork for further exploration through additional modules within the Development Zone, offering in-depth coverage of these topics.
The course is broken down into six engaging modules. Learners will need to complete an assessment or activity before they can proceed to the next stage. On completing all six modules, learners will be able to attempt the final assessment in which they will receive a certificate upon completion with a passing grade.
This course is worth approximately 3 hours’ CPD.
