UKGI Compliance Welcomes Think Compliance
UKGI Ltd is delighted to announce that it has completed on the purchase of Think Compliance's book of regional clients, effective from the 2nd September 2024.
Founded in 2022, Think Compliance provides a range of compliance support services to clients in the consumer credit sector - these services centre on regulatory reporting and submissions support, as well as ongoing compliance advisory services.
Think Compliance's book of clients will be overseen by the UKGI technical team in Warrington, which has specialist knowledge of the consumer credit sector, alongside general insurance, claims management and funeral planning.
This is the second asset purchase within the Consultancy arm of UKGI Group for this financial year, and supports the Group’s strategy of continuing strong, but sustainable growth built on excellent client service.
