We are really pleased to welcome Emma Lowndes, Mark Allen and Lauren Stockley to the UKGI compliance consultancy team.
Emma has a 25-year insurance background developing specialist skills in training & competence and compliance within general insurance. Her experience has seen her design and manage entire compliance frameworks, quality assurance and underwriting audit programmes, and training & competency frameworks for hundreds of employees.
Mark has a 25-year insurance background that has included supporting the build and management of a compliance function within a large intermediary, leading the compliance in setting up a new Gibraltar based underwriter, and designing compliance monitoring processes and recording databases.
Lauren joins our technical administration team where her skills and qualifications in business administration, software and customer service will add value to supporting our consultants with client service delivery.
We are certain that their combination of experience, skills and approach to customer service delivery will benefit our clients and partners across the business.

Tom joined RWA in 2006 and was part of the executive team that helped grow the company into one of the leading general insurance FCA compliance consultancies in the UK. He is now Group Business Development Manager at UKGI Group and has been working closely on the harmonisation of RWA and UKGI. He also leads the Searchlight Insurance Training team.
