RWA Service Update

As a precautionary measure, RWA staff have been advised to avoid face-to-face client meetings for the time being, to avoid the spread of Covid-19 (Coronavirus). We also understand that many of our broker clients have made the decision to restrict visits.

However, we would like to reassure you, at this challenging time, that we are still able to continue to support our clients via telephone, email, remote conferencing, WebEx and Skype. Your business manager will be in touch, if they haven’t already, to rearrange any scheduled face-to-face visits and we’ll endeavour to find an alternative that suits you. We are still operating and on-hand to support your business needs.

We regret any inconvenience caused but we trust that, in light of the seriousness of the pandemic, you will understand why we have made the decision to restrict face-to-face meetings.

We are committed to ensuring that all of our clients, whether regulatory compliance, HR or business consultancy, continue to be able to rely on us for help and support in a time of uncertainty. We hope that by joining together as businesses we can limit the impact that this virus has on our families and livelihoods.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us on 01604 709509 or via email at helpdesk@rwagroup.co.uk.
