The webinar, which was hosted by Jonathan Davidson, Executive Director of Supervision for Retail and Authorisations, FCA, included contributions from Dr Doyin Atewologun, Director, Gender, Leadership and Inclusion Centre, Cranfield School of Management; Hilary Scarlett, author, international speaker and consultant, Founder & Director at Scarlett & Grey; and Tom Blomfield, CEO and co-founder, Monzo.

Improving culture in financial services is an ongoing priority for the regulator. The Senior Managers and Certification Regime, which will apply to solo-regulated firms from December 2019, places considerable emphasis on culture and improving conduct at all levels. Further information about the FCA’s work on organisational culture can be viewed on the culture and governance section of their website.
