Following the move into our new office in January, RWA has been keen to look at how we can offer more face to face training as part of our consultancy services to businesses and clients. We were therefore pleased today to launch our new training facility with a GDPR for Small Businesses training course that saw us welcome ten local businesses to learn about the new data regulations and how they can improve their customer journeys.
Our Head of Marketing, Peter Townsend, delivered an insightful presentation that dissected the jargon and myths around GDPR and he was able to apply the real impact for small businesses using appropriate examples that were relevant to the audience.
Working with the RWA team in a hands-on capacity to look at how we deliver training has been very refreshing as we look to use modern digital tools to transform our approach. The training itself and the environment that we have put together to support the training taking place was extremely well received and the feedback very positive.
Working and supporting small businesses is part of our development plans. RWA places a lot of emphasis on our role in working with organisations of all sizes and passing on our expertise and knowledge to support growth in the local economies within which we work. We have two more GDPR sessions booked in before the 25th May and have plans to deliver training sessions & Masterclasses within other business support areas.
Please do be sure to keep an eye out on our LinkedIn page and sign up to our training newsletters so that we can update you on future courses. Face to face training is evolving, and we see it as a major part of our service to provide an environment where like-minded individuals can learn, share ideas and feel free to question the problems of today to uncover the solutions of tomorrow. We’d love to have you on board.
