RWA's Development Zone shortlisted in the 2018 e-Assessment Awards

RWA is delighted to announce that its leading e-Learning platform, My Development Zone, has been shortlisted in the 2018 e-Assessment Awards. This achievement is in recognition of the impact that the system has had in delivering positive contributions to workplace learning with its ground-breaking approach to delivering online skills learning and development.

Assessed by an independent and expert panel of judges, made up of over 20 professionals from the educational technology sector, the e-Assessment Awards showcases the best uses of online learning across the world.

Working with Aviva, the My Development Zone platform has transformed online learning for businesses over the last few years. Through using a formative assessment model, RWA has evidenced that learners can be engaged with professional development and deliver results that have a positive impact on organisational development and the skills of their people.

In the last three years, My Development Zone has seen learner numbers increase by 225% with over 5 million assessment questions completed on over 600 business skills courses. Our new approach to online learning has seen engagement increase with the average time on the e-learning platform now registered at 23.5 minutes, showing how valuable our formative learning model has been to the thousands of learners who use My Development Zone.

The winners of the awards will be announced at a gala dinner in London on the 18th April as part of the 16th annual e-Assessment Conference.
