Tom Wood Joins Judging Panel for Leading Wales Awards
RWA CEO, Tom Wood, was invited again this year to join the judging panel for the Leading Wales Awards. Helping to judge the Next Generation Leader category, Tom joined Ben Cottam (Head of External Affairs at FSB Wales), Emma Wools (Deputy Police and Crime Commissioner, South Wales Police) and Andrea Morgan (MD, Citrus Content) on the panel.
"It's always a great honour to be asked back to help judge these awards. There are some great leadership stories in Wales and I enjoy listening to how individuals are creating significant change within their organisations and delivering a high level of leadership development that impacts not only the organisation, but also its people and the communities within which they are based," said Tom, a former winner of the awards in 2014.
The Leading Wales Awards 2017, in association with the Institute of Leadership & Management, is a pan-Wales awards developed by a consortium of professional institutes, voluntary and public sector bodies as well as private companies. The Awards seek to recognise and celebrate personal achievement in outstanding leadership in Wales.
