RWA CEO, Tom Wood, went live online this week in an interview with Noah Geisel (2013 ACTFL National Language Teacher Of The Year) about our successes with Open Badges on our Aviva Development Zone e-learning platform. In this 20 minute discussion, he discussed the requirements for sound training and competence requirements in the UK insurance broking industry and how this has led to the design and management of our Aviva Development Zone online learning platform that has used Open Badges for 18 months to help engage and reward learners and provide necessary evidence of learning activity.
The success that RWA is seeing on the system has led to 489% growth in 2015 of platform usage and the issuing of over 37,000 open badges to our community.
Tom offers tips on how to utilise a blend of automation and real life customer support to engage learners as well as our success in utilising formative learning over summative learning to assist the learner.
