A big well done to the whole RWA e-Learning team who successfully made it through to the final of the prestigious e-Learning Awards in London last week.
The gala evening attracted over 700 guests from the e-learning world and was hosted by Phill Jupitus and Deborah Frances-White.
The team were shortlisted in the main award category of e-Learning Development Company of the Year due to the excellent work they have been doing on the Aviva Development Zone project where we have seen substantial growth and usage over the last 12 months.
Although we didn't win this time, this was the first time that the team has entered these awards and to make it through to the final alongside 5 other firms, having completed a difficult shortlisting process that saw over 400 entries, shows what a great, innovative and forward thinking team that we have at RWA.
RWA provides and manages the online learning of thousands of individuals across the globe through our platforms and at the heart of everything that we build lies value and engagement with the end learner, which is paramount to our success.
We work hard to deliver e-learning solutions that are different and that motivate people to want to learn, so we will use this as a stepping stone to enhance what we do which will ultimately benefit all of our learners.

Tom joined RWA in 2006 and was part of the executive team that helped grow the company into one of the leading general insurance FCA compliance consultancies in the UK. He is now Head of Commercial for UKGI Group's consultancy division, and has been working closely on the harmonisation of RWA into UKGI.
