Connect – Reminder

The FCA has recently been contacting firms to remind them that their firm details on Connect need to be checked at least once a year.

If a firm has checked its registered Connect users within the last 12 months then no action is required. However, if not, firms should check their details by logging into Connect as soon as possible.

The FCA requires a firm’s Registered Principal User on Connect to ensure that it is maintained on a regular basis and therefore remains relevant.
