Kelliher Insurance Group has appointed RWA to deliver the Aviva Development Zone e-Learning platform as part of its ongoing staff training and competence programme.
In a statement from the company, it was confirmed that the rollout of the e-Learning platform has already begun, with all employees involved in insurance activities due to be inducted from 1 July 2017.
The statement from Kelliher Insurance Group read: “We are committed to ensuring employees are proficiently skilled and highly-competent specialists in their chosen field. At any given time, it is important that we can demonstrate with confidence, due diligence towards our employees' Continuous Professional Development. Operating in a regulated environment means we set high-standards in our conduct and ethical behaviour and the ongoing personal and professional development of an individual is an integral part of our success.
“We want our clients and customers to recognise that we are market leaders with innovative methods of training which complement our defined sectors.”
Kelliher Insurance Group confirmed that the Aviva Development Zone replaces their current e-learning system following a thorough review of the available options.
Rupa Jethwa, group head of HR for Kelliher Insurance Group, commented: “Having considered what was important to us, we decided to choose the Aviva Development Zone as all course material is relevant, kept updated, reflecting any regulatory changes and is supported by RWA. The system provides a much better user experience and allows us to benchmark levels of competence by teams, other organisational users and against Industry standards.
“The Aviva Development Zone has been created with the user in mind and as a result, is more engaging and purposeful. The system is clear, straightforward, easy to navigate around and allows users to understand their own capabilities - tailoring learning around their actual needs.
“The Aviva Development Zone powered by RWA, was the clear-choice for our needs. It helps us easily demonstrate that these standards and those of the Regulator are met by ensuring that we regularly monitor the competence of our employees and the levels of knowledge in our business.
“The service provided by RWA’s e-Learning team has been truly world class! Stuart Rolls, head of RWA e-Learning, has exceeded expectations and delivered sessions to our senior management teams, all of which were clear, structured and highly focused, and which achieved the objective of improving knowledge of the system. RWA has been approachable, friendly, patient and always quick to respond to any queries that we have had. The team has personalised our system and made the transfer a painless and smooth transition.”
